Teacher’s Manual about the Holocaust Published in Serbia

The first Teacher's Manual about the Holocaust in Serbia was presented at the Belgrade International Book Fair on 25 October 2012.
It was published by Platoneum Novi Sad and the Federation of Jewish Communities, supported by the Government of the City of Belgrade.
It was prepared by the attendees from Serbia to the International School for Holocaust Studies in Yad Vashem for the purpose of supporting and upgrading the teaching about Holocaust in elementary and secondary schools.
The manual provides a methodological basis for work with students, quality background material including facts, various historical references, methods and techniques for class work and lesson structure. The Teacher's Manual contains 228 pages.
The manual will be distributed to elementary and secondary schools throughout Serbia.
