Working Structure

The IHRA has four core Working Groups, covering the three principal areas of activity within the organization as well as communications.  The Working Groups consist of experts in each area appointed to their national IHRA delegation by member countries.

IHRA has three committees that bring experts from all Working Groups together to address topics that are of contemporary interest to the IHRA and of a cross-cutting nature across its three principle areas of activity.  These committees are the Committee on Antisemitism and Holocaust Denial, the Committee on the Genocide of the Roma, and the Committee on the Holocaust, Genocide and Crimes Against Humanity. The Budget Committee acts as an advisory body on IHRA budgetary matters to the Budget Committee Chair and the Executive Secretary.  The IHRA Fund is located in Sweden and administrated by the Levande Historia.  The current Chair of the Budget Committee is Katarina Kristensson.
