Членовете на Международния алианс за възпоменание на Холокоста са привързани към Декларацията на Стокхолмския международен форум за Холокоста, която гласи:
Работна дефиниция за отричане и изопачаване на Холокоста
На пленарната сесия на Международния алианс за възпоменание на Холокоста (МАВХ), състояла се в Торонто на 10 октомври 2013 г., 31 държави-членки на МАВХ приеха "Работна дефиниция за отричане и изопачаване на Холокоста".
На пленарниот состанок на Меѓународната алијанса за сеќавање на Холокаустот - IHRA (International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance) одржан во Торонто на 10 октомври 2013 год., триесет и една земја членка на организацијата го усвоија документот „Работна дефиниција на негирањето и искривоколчувањето на Холокаустот“. Оваа дефиниција беше изработена од страна на експерти на Комитетот за антисемитизам и негирање на Холокаустот на IHRA, во соработка со владините претставници во IHRA, со цел да се употребува како работна алатка за потребите на организацијата.
2013 m. spalio 10 d. Toronte vykusiame Tarptautinio Holokausto aukų atminties aljanso plenariniame posėdyje 31 šio Aljanso šalis narė patvirtino „darbinę Holokausto neigimo ir iškraipymo apibrėžtį“.
Darbinę Holokausto neigimo ir iškraipymo apibrėžtį parengė Tarptautinio Holokausto aukų atminties aljanso ekspertai Antisemitizmo ir Holokausto neigimo komitete kartu su Tarptautinio Holokausto aukų atminties aljanso vyriausybių atstovais, kad ją būtų galima taikyti savo darbe.
