On 26 January the Chair of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, Ambassador Mihnea Constantinescu, will address the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna to mark International Holocaust Remembrance Day.

The Chair of the Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Ioannis Kassoulides will also present his country’s priorities for their 2017 Chairmanship of the organization to the OSCE Permanent Council.
The OSCE is one of IHRA's seven permanent international partner organizations.
