Slovenia Hosts Workshop on Audio-Visual Tools in Holocaust Education

On 26 November 2013, a workshop on the use of audio-visual tools in the teaching of Holocaust took place in Maribor, Slovenia.
The workshop, organized by the Centre of Jewish Cultural Heritage Synagogue Maribor, primary school Drago Kobal Maribor, and Centropa was aimed at history teachers in two Slovenian regions.
It featured a presentation of audio-visual tools prepared by Centropa. The participants agreed that such tools, especially when available in pupils' native language, were very useful due to their rich and thematically varied message and graphic presentation.
