PLAQUETTE OF THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA AWARDED TO JASENOVAC MEMORIAL SITE

President of the Republic of Croatia Ivo Josipović awarded The Plaquette of the Republic of Croatia to the Public Institution Jasenovac Memorial Site.
The Plaquette is awarded for exceptional and extraordinary contribution to the commemoration of victims of Jasenovac and Stara Gradiška concentration camps, for promoting of truth and facing the past, and for scientific research, publishing, and educational and international cooperation in Croatia and the world.
The Plaquette is awarded on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the founding of Jasenovac Memorial Site.
The Plaquette was received by Nataša Jovičić, director of Jasenovac Memorial Site.
