The Council of Europe's Pestalozzi Programme is offering several workshops related to education and remembrance of the Holocaust in member states. The general aim of the training activities of the Pestalozzi Programme is to train education professionals to become multipliers for Council of Europe standards and values in education.
From 3 to 6 May 2010 a French-language workshop on teaching remembrance organized jointly by the Council of Europe and the Memorial de la Shoah will take place in Paris.
From 24 to 30 April 2010 an English-language workshop related to the "Day of remembrance of the Holocaust and of prevention of crimes against humanity" in schools will take place in Warsaw. A second workshop on the same theme will take place from 10 to 16 October 2010 in Cracow and Auschwitz.
