Holocaust Memorial Day Workshops

These free workshops offer support, advice and resources for people wishing to put on an event or activity for HMD, on 27 January 2016. 
 
You will meet your regional support worker and staff members from the London office, get insight in to this year’s theme, life stories and resources, and have a chance to network and brainstorm with other local activity organisers.

The Holocaust Memorial Day Trust in the United Kingdom is offering workshops for people planning to organise a Holocaust Memorial Day event on 27 January 2016.

The free workshops will take place across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland from September to October 2015. For more information and to book your place, please click here.

The Holocaust Memorial Day Trust (HMDT) is the charity that promotes and supports Holocaust Memorial Day (HMD).

HMD has taken place in the UK since 2001, with a UK event and over 3,600 local activities taking place on or around 27 January each year.
 
The UK played a leading role in establishing HMD as an international day of commemoration in 2000, when 46 governments signed the Stockholm Declaration.
